Dark, almost impenetrable ruby red color. It is clear and dense, as wine tears slowly descend down the walls of the glass.
The aroma is dominated by fruity notes of berries and dried plums, rounded off with spicy aromas of herbs and hay, with hints of chocolate.
This is a dry wine with fine and strong tannins. It is partially balanced, with a lasting taste and a beautiful, warm and long finish. This wine represents Istria in all its glory.
