Ripe peach and pear dominate in the foreground, while the aroma of white flowers, acacia, citrus, hazelnut, and toast open up in the background with a mild note of yeast and brioche. The flavor is creamy and well-rounded with an elegant structure and wonderfully integrated bubbles. The finish is long, leaving a very pleasant freshness. Excellent aging potential. It is recommended as an aperitif or paired with cold fish starters, shellfish, crab, salmon, and white meat.
