Sauvignon bijeli (Capo winery)

Straw-yellow vivid colors with a darker shine, clear and partially dense.

The aroma is pure, refined, and intense. At the beginning, there are notes of yellow fruit and dried flowers, followed by a dominant herbal and vegetal finish, which rounds out the complex experience. The variety is introduced with a Francophone internationalism in its name, yet it is still distinctly from Bujština and Istria.

The wine is dry, partially warm, and soft, fresh and flavorful. It has a medium body, and is harmonious and balanced. The taste is fine, intense, and lasting. There is enough Sauvignon Blanc to differentiate it from Malvasia, yet enough Istria to distinguish it from wines from the new world, Styria, or Bordeaux.

Whether enjoying a moment of happiness or feeling nostalgic, whether on a terrace by the sea or far from it, this white Sauvignon, Istria, and tranquility are with you.
