Very complex on the nose, with pronounced ripe exotic aromas of pineapple, citrus fruits, and melon, while hints of butter, toasted hazelnuts, fine wood and vanilla open up in the background. Rich and concentrated on the palate, creamy in texture with ripe acidity. The aftertaste is very long and harmonious. Its aromatic complexity and rich structure makes it an excellent pair with dishes based on fish and crab, white meat, game birds, and veal, as well as with semi-aged cheeses.
