Muscat is a wine to be enjoyed mostly without food, although it will pair nicely with summer fruit salads, especially with ripe peaches and strawberries, and an occasional dry, not too sweet cookie. Its color ranges from pale lemon to gold. It has an expressive and very complex aroma. Although the muscat note is dominant, we can also find a hint of honey, quince jam, and dried peaches. On the palate, the wine is moderately sweet with plenty of freshness and balancing acidity. It has a medium body.
