Istrian Malvasia grown on black soil gives wine of golden-yellow color which has crystal like clarity, deepth and warmth.
Its smell is intense, finely tuned and pleasent. Prevails scent of summer hay, honey, dried apples and dandelion flower. Wine itself is dry on the pallate, and gives you feeling warmth, softness, partialy fresh, mineral, creamy and has a thick to robust body. It is somewhat ballanced with lasting taste and long finish. Malvasia goes very well with fish, sea food, white meat and various pasta dishes.
