Merlot San Ciprian matures partially in large oak barrels and partially in barrique barrels. It has a characteristic dark red color and is a robust and very drinkable wine. It exhibits beautiful aromas of ripe cherry and raspberry with chocolate undertones.
Gastro recommendation: Serve with both white and red meat, it pairs exceptionally well with game dishes, and during asparagus season, it complements frittatas.
