Sauvignon (Winery Pilato)

Sauvignon is a well-known and widespread grape variety in northern wine-growing regions. That's why it's even more of a challenge to taste the white Sauvignon of the Pilato family from this warmer microclimate. The very first contact with this wine shows that it has slightly different characteristics from northern Sauvignons, which are typical for the smell of cut grass and tomato leaves.

However, here the aromas are hidden and intertwined with fruity aromas of peach and pineapple, citrus fruits and pleasant floral notes. The taste is pleasantly fresh, full and extractive wine where the balanced ratios of extracts, acid and alcohol and other ingredients leave an extremely pleasant impression in the mouth.
