The combination of light and youthful wines is conceptually based on the need for refreshing enjoyment, while displaying clear golden nuances full of fruit ripeness. Roxanich Rovigno represents the shining star of the First Roses line.
As the name suggests, Roxanich Rovigno is created by blending white varieties dedicated to the most recognizable symbol of the Adriatic coast and Istria - the town of Rovinj, as if made for a postcard.
Translating such a vision into a bottle is a challenge to which Roxanich Rovigno responds.
Three varieties - Istrian Malvasia, Pinot Blanc, and Chardonnay - macerated briefly and spontaneously fermented, embody the sun, earth, and soul of Istria in a silky white wine with delicate flavors of pear, dried fruit kernels, a hint of nuts, and a note of white pepper.
Soft yet lively tannins persist in the aftertaste, with clear hints of minerality. The longevity on the palate lives on like a memory of the favorite city of Istria.
