The Teran Rosé is a dry rosé wine produced from indigenous Istrian Teran grapes. Its muted, pale mauve hue is unique among other rosés. Lively fragrances reminiscent of blueberries dance with notes of pear while the palette is caressed with a soft and round taste.
The Teran Rosé is an excellent aperitif during summer or on sunny autumn days. It matches well the slightly bold flavours of seafood risotto or paella and is superb alongside a platter of mixed Istrian cheeses. Recommended serving temperature: 12°C
