Draga is a charming Istrian river that flows through the surroundings of the town of Buzet, alongside beautiful canyons and waterfalls. It brings love and water to the fields of our divine Istrian truffles.
With Roxanich Draga wine, we try to capture that beauty with the help of Pinot Blanc, a grape variety traditionally cultivated in western Istria since the time of Napoleon.
Roxanich Draga wine brings out the best in this usually understated Pinot Blanc variety. The spontaneous fermentation with indigenous yeasts and gentle extraction during a two-day maceration allowed Draga to express its originality.
The delicate straw yellow color of the wine in the glass reveals enchanting flavors of quince, peach, and lemon, with an exceptionally delicate and surprisingly long-lasting finish.
