Malvasia created with the aim of introducing the character of the region. It is rich in aromas of ripe grapes and has a rich, slightly salty taste, characteristic of this area.
Produced on the soil of Buje region on 4 types of soil: white soil, black soil, gray soil, and red soil.
It goes well with baked fish and red meat.
