Pervino Gold 45 is an Istrian Malvazija produced by the Peršurić family in their vineyard, Sveti Servul, located in Novigrad. After 2.5 years of aging on the lees (sur lie) in oak and acacia barrels, this wine impresses with its beautiful golden yellow color, rich and powerful body, and lovely balance of flavors. Interestingly, this wine also has excellent potential for aging.
