The wine bearing the name of Ranko and Klaudija’s daughters is the blend of Chardonnay and Istrian Malvasia creating a light, fresh and very harmonious edition. Grapes come from 470 m above sea level, they are harvested and vinified together, after fermentation put into stainless steel barrels for six months and then filled in bottles. Wine is characterized by a beautiful straw yellow color, dominated by the smell of peach and rose, and as the wine opens, notes of wet leaves, black truffles and sage appear. It goes well with lighter food such as fish, shellfish, white meat and pasta, but you will not be mistaken if you taste Magdalena with some heavy meat dish.
