The first scent note that appears is citrus, followed by notes of yellow pear and acacia flower. The wine is dry, partially warm, and partially soft, with a pleasant freshness and medium body. It has good balance, a pronounced intensity of flavor, and a long-lasting taste, with a hint of nectarine on the aftertaste. The wine exhibits good harmony, is enjoyable to drink, and pairs excellently with Istrian cured meat appetizers.
